As President of the Marketing Engine, she is committed to collaborating with small businesses to amplify their mission through tailored marketing initiatives and messaging that resonates.
Rachel holds BSBA degrees in Business Management and Finance from Ashland University in Ohio. An Ohio native, she currently lives with her husband and son in the City of Fountains, Kansas City, Missouri.

Halee Hendley is a driving force for The Marking Engine. As Project Director, her planning, coordination, and execution ensures that the ME team has the resources they need, timelines are met, and client expectations are exceeded.
A former teacher, Haleeβs problem solving skills push The Marketing Engine team and clients towards success!
Originally from Kansas City, Missouri, Halee currently resides in California with her husband and daughter and is passionate about traveling and finding her next favorite coffee shop.

Jean Boen Roberts leads J. Roberts Consulting, LLC where she specializes in working with clients to refine their messaging in order to effectively reach their target audience to drive revenue and increase retention. Her marketing and communication skills have developed over years of experience working with clients in a variety of industries. She has been responsible for creating strategic communication plans for a wide spectrum of audiences, utilizing platforms best suited to drive results.
Roberts is an Athena Young Professional award winner and holds a B.A. in Family and Consumer Sciences from Bluffton University. She and her husband live in Wooster, Ohio with their two daughters.
